The Clubhouse, Pool & Jacuzzi, Ramada and Common Grounds are for the exclusive use of Villa Monterey IV residents and their guests.

The Clubhouse includes a fitness center, a common area with tables, kitchen, lending library, and restroom. The Pool & Jacuzzi deck has tables, chairs, umbrellas and loungers for your use. Residents who wish to reserve the the use of the Clubhouse or Ramada must complete a rental agreement (see below). The Pool & Common Grounds remain open to all residents and are not included in facility rentals.

Each homeowner is issued a facilities key upon purchasing a home in the community (a facilities key request form is provided below for anyone needing a key).
