Villa Monterey IV residents are welcome to bring their small dogs (up to 25 pounds) to the east side of the Clubhouse grounds, away from the pool and hot tub areas.
Dogs must be accompanied by their adult Villa Monterey IV owner. Dogs must stay on the east side of the Clubhouse grounds. Owners are, of course, responsible for picking up after their dogs.
