Villa Monterey IV residents are welcome to bring their friendly dogs to the designated area of the Clubhouse grounds (east side).
Please Note:
- Dogs must be accompanied by their adult, Villa Monterey IV owner.
- Dogs must stay on the east side of the Clubhouse grounds, away from the pool, hot tub, gym, clubhouse entrance doors. Aggressive dogs are NOT permitted.
- Owners, of course, are responsible for picking up after their pups. We all are committed to keeping our property free of pet waste.
- If there is work being performed on the grounds (e.g., lawnmowing), Yappy Hour will not be available.
